My name is Bri and I have been in the RV/trailer rental industry for going on 5 seasons now. Everyone always asks me how I ended up in this industry (including myself). I have to say, it has been quite the learning curve over the years. & even more of a learning curve trying to back up a trailer (if you know, you know).
Since the age of 13, I had my heart set on becoming a dentist, absolutely no relevance to renting out travel trailers. As I was finishing out my Biology degree, I was looking for ways to make some extra cash since I was a full-time student at the time. & Then it dawned on me.. Bingo! "Mom, I am going to wipe out my savings and buy a travel trailer to rent out (something I had zero knowledge in)." My mom thought it was crazy and stupid. Like most young adults, my rebellious mindset had to convince her otherwise. 2 weeks later, there I was with a trailer on the back of my pickup with not a clue on what I was doing. I'm not lying to you when I tell you it sat on my truck for nearly two weeks because I didn't know how to detach it. Thank goodness for Youtube and Google! Fast forward to 5 years later and here I am with a fleet of trailers (still using Youtube and Google for most of my needs).
I have a true passion for traveling and meeting new people and being in this industry gives me the opportunity to contribute to people's travels from all over the world. I truly have met some incredible people over the years and can't wait to host the many more that come visit this beautiful place I call home. :)
If you find yourself staying in the Reno area and you are not a local, you must not leave without seeing Lake Tahoe's beauty. There are plenty of amazing campgrounds to stay at with our trailers; Camp Richardson, Tahoe Valley, and Zephyr Cove Resort are just some of the many. Be sure to make your reservations with your campground with plenty of time in advance as they do fully book out their sites during peak season.
